custom sissy bar

Just wanted to show everyone the sissy bar I made today. I'm going to paint it to match the bike and glue leather on the spade. I'm going to mount it on the fender with some homemade brackets like I seen on a thread here.

What is that on the tip?

it is a chrome bar end I'm looking for a chrome joker head to put on there but cant find one the right size yet. Its held on by a bolt so you can screw anything on it. I'm going to paint it my bikes color and then get leather glued on the spade.
