Can parts be ordered from cruise mate I need the main bolt. I did email Tom.

Yeah I broke the insert on mine when I installed my new grips and they guaranteed the product for life. Even after I told him that it wasn't a defect on the part and that I caused it to break they still sent me out an insert and wouldn't even accept money for shipping and handling. Never expected that to happen. They really back their product. I am sure they will be able to help you out.

Just got an email reply from tom he is going to send me the insert that I need at no charge just ask for my shipping address. Wow what a standup company he backs his product up.:thumbup:

Yep, great guy Tom is....He sent me a bolt when I over tightened one. He wouldn't take any $ for it.

Got a CruiseMate on all my bikes.
