yeh there is a guy in my area that has a restored Cobra 427 that is painted 100% chrome with this stuff. it actually looks bad ass.

I owned and just sold a Spectra Chrome complete system the only problem is keeping dust off of the piece being sprayed because you cannot touch or sand out the imperfections after you spray the chrome like you can on a painted piece. I also went to the factory and went thru there class to learn the process hands on. No matter how good your paintbooth is cleaned there is always some kind of dust around getting on product. I guess what I am trying to say is if you want perfection in the final finish this is not the way to go!!

I had a guy paint some brackets on my 62 chevy truck with that system and if you tighten a bolt on the bracket it chips. And he got lots of dirt in them.

There is a BMW 740il and a Ferrari locally that are chrome. Both are vinyl wrap but they look great. The guy who owns the bmw is the one who installs it. His car gets tons of attention. Page 8 in this link shows a chrome Mercedes. Page 16 has a pick of his BMW. It's pretty cool stuff.
