Huh, whatta pia. Here's an idear for a possible fix. Take some "Steel Epoxy Putty" and fill in the outside of the cracked black cap. It will reinforce the corners and allow you to use the black deco cap. Jm .02 Thanks for the vid.

Welcome from Florida! Interesting video. Looks like you came to the correct fix for a piece of shit gas cap. Never owned a Honda. Had a KX 420 & YZ 250 that my son has now. Love dirt bikes, just to damn old to do it anymore.
