Crazy idea for mounting speaker system?

Okay may be from all the drugs and lack of sleep (no binge) just had surgery. Thought of getting a speaker and cutting out the middle plastic section on the split tanks (04 pitbull) mounting the speaker to the frame a setting the waterproof speaker flush with the cover. Only issus I see is amplifier/and the speaker catching water without out a drain. This is only a thought someone may have already made one this and I would probably rather ride with my headphones anyway if I wanted a system guess I would have bought a street glide, thoughts ?

Haven't sold it just doing a rebuild, damn just a thought I can't ride and laying around just thinking about the bike .

Since I ordered the Dakota digital thought about enlarging the cutout for the gear turn signal connector to make it bigger , and bracket the speaker to the frame run the wiring down the "spine" to a amp and plug for a IPod. Just a crazy ass idea and I probably won't try it. Sedatives and no sleep lol

Most pain meds will keep you up, I went through the same shit. They gave me Tramadol this time it works ok and doesnt keep me up...:2thumbs:
