I have the 107, no compression relief's.
If you ever had a kickstart bike , then you know.
you brought the engine to compression, then moved it through a little.

then you stood on the kicker and did it like you meaned it .
you can do the same thing with a electric starter,
hit it to compression stall, then get off.(let compression bleed a little)
then hit it again , idea being its going on to exhaust ,then intake .
Now ya got it spinning ,aint fryin the starter, starts right up .
sorry old school

First make sure you're heads are drilled and tapped for the CR. Yours should be since it is newer. Personally I would pull the starter and send it to Wildsteedworx and have it rebuilt properly. Have him send you two new cables back with it. Then get the best battery you can. Make sure the engine and carb are tuned properly, give it a couple twists on the throttle and it will fire right up. Once it is running check to make sure the voltage regulator is charging the battery.
