DR. DUG'S CUSTOM CHOPPER FOR SALE ( MINT CONDITION )
The bike originally was a 2003 Big Dog Chopper. I have since owning the bike re-built the entire bike from the frame up. Details on bike are as follows.
Frame: Was done at Rolling Thunder in Canada they added extra supports to the frame and modified the down tubes and the back bone for me.
Motor: Is a Ultima 127 Competition Motor with a option to add a Thunder Jet to it to increase the horse power of the bike even more. This Motor has currently 274 Miles on it and comes with a 6 month warranty. Motor also has Compression Release on it that you must push both buttons in prior to starting the bike.
Air Cleaner: The Air Cleaner was done completely custom the original plate for the air cleaner that came off my old 107 Motor did not line up by 75/1000 of an inch. The new motor therefore I had to order a plate from PMG and then had to drill holes , weld it , have it chromed then was able to accommodate the Screaming Eagle High Performance Air Cleaner it is now on the bike and working great.
Fedusta Exhaust: This Exhaust is brand new with Chrome Covered heat shields and is loud as hell and bike sounds awesome.
Wheels: They are Tribal Polished Aluminum Wheels and will shine just like chrome as long as you keep up on them and keep the bike clean and take care of it.
Electrical: All the electrical on the bike is hand done and custom. It is Harley Davidson color coded clip in wiring. All relays everything is behind Splash Guard. It is all ran back behind the splash guard , in front of the 250 rear tire. This was done this way for show reasons.
Primary: The Primary is a Rev Tech 5 Inch Open Primary the bearings in the primary where just replaced with brand new bearings when the brand new motor was installed.
Transmission: This is a 6 speed Bakers Transmission the bearing inside the transmission was machined so that the bearing due to primary being so big and puts a lot on the transmission. The bearing would not walk out and spill oil all over the primary. Worked Great.
Handle Bars: Are Custom Handle Bars they are not original
Speedometer: Is a Dakota Digital Speedometer
Stash Tubes: Chrome Stash Tubes on front of the down tubes
Oil Cooler: Oil Cooler was installed at the time the new motor was put in. This was added to keep the oil running through the motor colder so that the Motor can perform and run better at a cooler temperature. It is located on the side of the down tubes and is of course chrome.
Brake Rotors: The rotors front and back are stainless steel.
Tires: Have approximately 1500 Miles on them they are Avon Cobra's 250 rear and 120 in front.
Rear Belt Drive: Is in great shape
Paint: The bike is custom painted it is Yellow with a Heavy Metallic Silver Flake with 3 coats of clear coat , and air brushed on rear fender is a picture of my Rottweiler. I die on this bike dog's going with me. God For Bid.
LED'S: There are 20 LED'S total on this bike , they have approximately 30 different colors , you can make each part of the bike a different color from front wheel to rear wheel. You can also use it on a solid color setting of choice , you can also set it to where it will go off anytime you hit a bump and to the vibration of the bike. They draw very little power off the battery , you can drive with them on I do all the time. You can leave them on all night and come out in the morning and bike will fire right up.

Motor has 274 Miles on it with a 6 month warranty on it. The bike is an absolute beast , has more power in it then I could ever use. For those that like power and want more power though it does have room for a Thunder Jet. I have taken Excellent Care of the bike and always kept this bike garaged all year long. BIKE IS FOR SALE however I do know what I want for the bike and will only entertain serious offers and will only except Money Orders , Certified Bank Check , or Cash for the bike. As far as shipping it is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange for shipping. However I will do whatever I can to help expedite the shipping and to see it goes' smoothly. The 6 month warranty is direct through Ultima Performance Motors. Warranty will Start next week I am filling out the paper work for the warranty and sending it in to Ultima tomorrow. Motor doe's come with a owner's manual which will give you all spec's and low down on the CAM'S , PISTON'S , any information that you may need or want or have to refer to at a later date which will go with the bike to whomever buys the bike. I also have a Brand New rear 250 Yr tire for the bike I will sell for $225.00 , I also have a Brand New 120 front tire I will sell for $125.00. I Also want to add that I do have every receipt from the day I purchased this bike to present of everything I have done on this bike and this entire folder will be giving to the buyer of the bike along with the Motor's Owner's Manual.

I do NOT need to sell this bike I'm not starving for money or whatever reason I am considering selling the bike is that I have 8 metal rods and 3 metal cages and permanent nerve damage to both my legs , and I don't ride it as much as it probably should be and could be for someone who's looking for a awesome bike THIS BIKE IS AN ABSOLUTE BEAST AND I MEAN A BEAST , IT TURNS HEADS EVERYWHERE I GO , IT HAS BEEN IN FULL THROTTLE MAGAZINE for Daytona Beach Bike week 2012 on Pg. 40 prior to my doing all the work I've done on this bike in past 3 months. So back to the price of the bike. DO NOT INSULT ME please make fair offers and serious offers if you have money on hand make an offer if you have to sell your dog , house , pimp out your g/f or wife to buy my bike don't bother wasting my time please. I'm a very straight up dude and don't like to be jerked around as well as I am a very straight up honest guy.
