TRUE COLORS COLLISION
really fiber what was it like a whole 5 minutes dedicated to the same bike thats been built a 100 times with different paint or in this case feathers stuck onit.....anyway i myself find my self drawn to also watch and now its just a big soap opera and a real long commercial for now what is 2 buisnesses, paul jr and paul sr...a whole season has passed and jr still only has only one client, that being coleman.....as for his hot ass ole lady i wouldve told him to fuck himself after him tellin her she can go on with the boutique and then tellin her 6 months later she cant..he needs her cause hes a lazy fuck and she will wind up doin all the grunt work for the design company...as for both mikey and paully all they had to do was freakin work and continue being on the soap opera and they couldnt even do that...neither of them have the drive or the potential that sr has so for real fuck'em why should they reap the benefits of what sr has ammassed...children or not....they had it so good and easy.and obviously was not in the least grateful for it at all....most if not all bike builders and guys that get their hands dirty today are finding it hard to make a living these days and they still have a movie crew filming their downfall and getting paid to do it ...wish TLC was filming us at my shop and paying us,,,i wouldnt really need to fix cars would i????
but the trick is workin,it gets some to watch,tv channel is able to sell air time to sell products and the economic engine moves forward.....well theres that is.....

they have just started selling occ bikes in australia and i dont think it will be long before that dealer goes broke as he only sells occ bikes and clothing etc. To meet aus standards the bike cannot have a large rake on forks (max 550mm k9 is 650mm)and they cannot have side mount number plates etc, (even our k'9s are not legal but we don't care )

It's hard to know with the show what is real and what isn't real - they need conflict for a successful show, so is this fabricated conflict or real? I give Sr.some credit - he has found a way to overcome being an alcoholic and start numerous companies without the help of anyone - this takes a lot of hard work and some courage. OCC was put in his lap by Jesse James and he has run with it - I can't blame him there. Unfortunately now they are continuing with the show when it has run its course - but they are getting paid well to do it so maybe they say what the hell, let's do it for another season. Are they a bunch of assholds - maybe? Although, I met Sr at a bike show riding down an elevator and he spent 5 minutes talking to me and was extremely cool. When I told him I was leaning toward a Big Dog, he said very positive things about the bikes and company. So based upon my limited interaction and the fact that they inspired my interest (along with Jess James) in wide tire bikes, I have a positive opinion of them. I do think the show needs to go though.

OCC "was" a really good show. About bikes.
Now it has become a "EVEVT" for the camera based on TRAMA / DRAMA.

I went there two years ago to buy an OCC chopper.
BDM's are way ahead of OCC. Based on:
Quality, Service, and the BDM dealer in Harrisburg Pa.

We all like and ride bikes.

The less trama / drama the better the ride.

I hear you! Maybe if you can somehow come up with about 8 kids, pull in any relatives and have them all working to do custom paint on Soap Box Derby Cars, you could also pull in around a 100k per episode.

I'll keep an eye for the hot babe.

Damn, all kidding aside, I need to find something better to watch or put the remote away all together and get back to focusing on how to do my best Buddy Guy shred with the six strings.

I guess it is like watching a train wreck!

JZ do hope that the economy is turning for you and your workers in the right direction as well as many others here, but it does seem like a slow road trip for sure with uncertainity if the destination can be reached without a major breakdown along the way.

Beautiful day, hopefully you and many others can get some miles on today.
