NO SHIT! Sounded like rolling marbles around in a tin can.Tore it down pulled it apart and the hub was broke completely around the shaft! Clutch still o.k. few shavings.Where do I get individual pieces?

Sounds like you need to upgrade to the "Bandit" clutch. A lot of 05's had the carrier break.

Do a search for "Bandit clutch"

If you got steel shavings in the primary oil you may need to pull the stator and rotar as the magnets will peak them up

there was also a recall on the clutch carrier. the design was changed for '07 with more beef in the web. seemed common in the older ones. some people did go with the bandit and swear by them.

It was at least a service bulletin and they redesigned them in 2005. They may have updated them again since.

Bandit is the Way To Go

Go with the Bandit ... make sure that clutch nut is tight tight tight ... mine broke loose twice ... running great ... look at the thread ... has all the info you will need to install the Bandit ... :up:
