Clutch cable broke

My clutch cable broke right at the lever last night. I have 13800 miles on it. So I called down to Wichita and spoke with Doug the service manager. He is hooking me up with a brand new cable at no cost plus he already has it in the mail heading this way

All I can say is if you guys ever get the chance to work with Doug is the BEST service manager and the nicest guy you will ever meet.

Tell you what Gas it is an 8 hr ride round trip but I will do it again for that kind of service everytime! Those guys down there are awesome....Too bad the mechanic that did my work is getting laid off in two weeks. I am trying to get more guys to go down there to maybe help save some other guys from getting laid off....gotta help take care of our brothers

Good to hear...I think the support from BDM is all about how you handle it. I swapped my cable out at 17,000 as a PM item, but nice to hear they took care of ya!
