Does anyone know where i can get Two new rocker box covers for my 117 ci S&S on my 05 ridgeback? the chrome is flaking off the covers... i don't know what would be cheaper getting them rechromed, stripped then painted or buying new ones. Any advice?

Ive been tellin ya all for two years it aint cheap. The little sissy bars I make are $100 bucks...... I can barely get $200 resale.:job:

Yea, guys don't realize the chroming cost of parts. These gas caps I am doing, By the catalog price, Brown's Plating gets $65 (plus shipping there and back) for a gas cap !!!! 10% off and shipping would run anybody $75 !!!

My sissybar, which is a bit bigger, was $225 to get chromed.

A set of fork caps ran me $50 for the pair.

I had a lot of chrome work done at Chrome Masters in Nashville, TN for my Road King and my brothers Heritage. To me the prices were reasonable and the work was absolutely flawless. Everything from the lowers, polished rotors, headlight nacelle, etc... it's been a few years and all of it still shines like new. I personally dropped it off and picked it up. When I picked it up it was very well packaged as if they were going to ship it to Alaska via horseback or something. Even though their shop looks like an abandoned building, I give them two thumbs up on craftsmanship and customer service
