Any suggestions? Obviously nothing is going to make it look as good as if it was re-chromed but I would like to fix a few small chips so it doesn't look completely like crap.

I took a hit from a rock off a #@$% gravel truck up here , which put a small dent and took the chrome off that spot on the lower front fork where it hit.

I bought some chrome spray paint at NAPA, sprayed it in a lid then used a small applicator (looks like a tiny q-tip) to dab it in so it wouldn't rust in there.

Looks pretty good - nobody could tell unless they're down there with a magniying glass....and only I do that! :yesnod: :loony:...

I think that is your best bet. There is no quick cure other than having it redone. Try the touch up.

Check out this link - EASTWOOD - but prepare yourself. You will be looking at the site and bouncing all over as there is alot of stuff to be looking at. They have speciality coatings of most any kind of metal, paint, powder coat, etc. Also check out the How-to pages/videos -- very good information.
