Check those vin #s before buying

I went to title my 2007 k9 today. They got a flag on the vin #. Maybe something maybe nothing. The title went through a bank loan with previous owner and my insurance company had no issues come up for full coverage. The lady at the tag office said there is a new system since it was last titled in 2021. Hopefully it's just a glitch. I might be sitting on a salvage/rebuilt title that I paid double the bikes
value. They are checking previous insurance companies for claims then calling me back. Bike shows no obvious signs of a wreck. Just wanted to throw this out there. The seller is also a finance officer at a local car dealer. I dont suspect any foul play on his part.

Daughters cousin is having issues with their vehicle. Title showed 83,856,236 miles for the entire time they have owned it. DMV just now catching it and and giving them shit. No tags till its fixed. Lol. Always something. Hope you get yours resolved.

They gave the title an all clear. Not sure what that was about but happy nothing bad came back.
