I was getting frustrated trying to find a reasonably priced BDM backrest for my sissybar. I picked this guy up off ebay for $25.00
At first it looked like it wasn't wide enough, the only place where it would fit was were the bar bends up top. So I separated the the backing plate from the pad then assembled it again on the bar. I then took a thick cloth diaper and a claw-hammer and finessed the plate to match the contour of the bend in the bar.
Turned out pretty good I think and a lot easier on the wallet than a new BDM pad
