Can you provide more info?
What type of carb?
Stock air filter?
What type of pipes?
Have to tried resetting per the s&s instructions?
May want to check to oil/fuel mixture screw is what I would start with...
After that I would start looking at the jetting your intermediate jet may be fat.. too large.
If you provide more details it will help to figure out what the issue may be.
