If it has a bowl vent screw, pull it out. S&S does have a downloadable carb setup sheet. Print it off and nail it up in the shop.

Looking forward to retirement
This is how I fixed it and woke my dog up! Mikuni 47. If you keep the Super G on and fight it. I had 3 Dyno tuners try and couldn’t . But you must point it up. The mid range hates after market air intakes. The Mikuni 47 is a racing carb and works different than a super G. You can point that snout any way you want!!!
