I just bought a 06 Pitbull from Florida I live in Colorado bike left me stranded today acts like its running out of gas, The guy I bought it from said he sent carb to BoB at Triple xxx Carbs added a pingle in line fuel filter what ever that is? My question could this be a jetting issue? If so what size of jets should I use for this climate? not sure whats in carb now? Let me know if anyone has any ideas. Thanks:confused:

Welcome!
How about a short introduction?

Here's my take on your carb problem. I had the same symptoms. Turns out that the float needle would stick randomly, not letting fuel into the carb. Replaced the needle and the seat and things were like new!

Could be the Pingle fuel filter lots of guys have that problem. It will be a filter running from the petcock to the carb check to see if its restricting fuel. I would start there

Welcome from Washington State hope you enjoy the site. It could be the filter but also may need an adjustment due to the altitude change too...

I would check the fuel filter and also take a flash light to look in the tank to see if there is anything floating around. Some here have had the tank liner separate.

I would think the carb does need some adjustment due to the altitude, it would seem likely that it is running to rich.

Check your gas cap vent. It might not be venting. This ethanol gas messes with alot of rubber parts. I as alot of guys here have just remove the vent check in the cap.
