Carb gets new digs!!!

New S&S Intake installed today!! Had to rejet. Went to a 31 intermediate from the stock 29 1/2. Stayed with the 76 main. Runs great!!! Still have that Kerker exhaust though, hopefull I will be sending pics with new exhaust this week!!! I went with blue cones as I am definitely looking for custom airbrushed graphics (in blue) come the first of the year.

Curious what you end up doing with your crankcase breather? I'm about to install my new air cleaner so I need to reroute the breather. The 04's puke a little more than the later models out of the crankcase, as they changed the way the engine breaths in 05 I believe. I was thinking of getting a pukecan just dont want it on the bike :down:

Did you end up just dumping it to the ground? I was thinking of putting a crankcase breather filter for cheap, but it will probably spray oil everywhere.

On mine the breather bolts are soild and you cap off the breather nipples with supplier rubber caps. It did come with two sets of different sized breather bolts as well for different engine configurations. They attach with elbow hoses to the previously mentioned nipples that feeds back into the backing plate. As an FYI... I had a Road King that spit tons of crap out of the open breathers when I first bought it, then realized that some idiot (previous owner) had added almost a quart too much oil.
