Can I flip my rear sprocket?

Anyone flip they're rear sprocket. Yep, I got the squeaks again.:angry: I cleaned it up a couple of months ago and tensioned/aligned and problem went away. Now its back. Not a real problem for me since I have significant hearing loss in that frequency range but everyone else complains. Anyway was looking at maybe fliping the sprocket over and running in the other way. It won't look as good but maybe I can get some more life out of it before spending big $$. I am wondering about offset to be specific.

i dont think so. there is a lip (register) on the hub that recesses into the pulley/sprocket/rotor to keep it stacked. that way its not just the bolts holding it, it's also the register.
