Has anyone in the maryland area used these guys.i have no speedometer,my starter smokes when the battery aint fully charged and i go to start it and basically i have been waitin since STURGIS to put my choppa in shop to have these warranty issues taken care of,just been milkin it along tryin to get all the riding i can till i put it down for the winter,this place is closest to me besides cycleworld in brooklyn and is a bigdog recommended repair and warranty facility .................anyway if you got your bike worked on here could you let me know bout your experience.....

Haven't had any experience with work done I believe Frank is the Tech. But I can tell you Wolfman and Tina are top shelf people.
Opps might not be the C&C Cycles I'm thinking about...

:up: :up: C&C Cycles in Odenton/Millersville is probably what you are talking about and they are awesome to deal with. Call and talk to Margarette and you will be treated right. They are usually pretty swamped but they deliver as promised all the time. Roy is the owner and he is also one of the ones that will be working on your bike. They have a great relationship with BDM and that always helps when you have a borderline warranty issue or need help with recalls.

I second what Pitbull said. They are who I use for all my needs. they do great work and usually have your Dog back to you very quick. They got Big Dog to replace a lower fork (leg that the chrome had peeled on) after it was out of warranty. So in my opinion they go out of there way to help you out. talk to Margaret and she will take care of you.

I had a bad experience with them one time..maybe they have changed. When I took the dog in for 1000 service and bad turn signal switch, they kept the bike 2 days longer than promised, ordered the wrong switch, still wasn't fixed when I picked it up. Bike was pristine when it went in, ask anyone who knows me I keep it that way, when i got it back the tank was scratched and had greasey fingerprints all over it. At that point I was soured over them. I cleaned it up and fixed the tank anf vowed never to return. Like I said maybe thay have changed.
