Bulldog Wont Pass Smog!!! Help!!!!

Any one out there know how to help me get my 05 Bulldog to pass emissions? It failed the CO test but passed the HCO. Can I just lean out the carb or there anything else can I do? Any help would be greatly appreciated completly lost and dont know what to do? Help!!!!!

pull your air cleaner and see if it doesn't run leaner !

Im not sure about your test, but plugs can affect the test when I lived in California. Im in ohio and they dont test ours. Like above mentioned. Id pull your air cleaner. Put the cover back on it. Have it tested if it doesnt cost to get a retest.

With the older corvettes and other cars to get them to pass I would stop about 1-2 mls before place and lean out the carb 1/2 turn in...pass and then reset carb....that's what all these places do that promise you'll pass with the older cars that still have carbs...then you go back to them and they readjust it only cost you 100-150.00.....kinda alot of money for that....anyway maybe that will help you....that's what i'm plannin on when I have to do emissions...phoenix....it suckss

Make sure it's at operating temp before taking it in.
