Building a luggage rack

I am wanting to build my own luggage rack. I would like to attach it to the sissy bar in the same manner as the one from BDM. Anyone got any ideas on where to get those style clamps. I can fabricate and weld the rest. If not maybe another idea on how to attach it.

The clamps are split shaft collars. Measure your sissybars OD
and then buy a pair with the corresponding ID from McMaster, Grainger, MSC or anywhere else. Then weld off of them to fab. Good luck!!!
