Brake Caliper Adapter??

First of all, I'm a proud BDM Ridgeback owner. Unfortunately my questions pertains to an Ironhorse and was just hoping someone has some advice. My buddy laid his 05 Slammer down, took it to a dealer, got some shabby work done and I'm trying to fix it. He was on his way to Afghanistan and didn't want to leave it there... I got everything figured out except this one problem:
They replaced the lowers with Pro-one pn 114020. The problem is, the rotors are rubbing the calipers. The measurements are all the same except between the caliper mounting brackets and the fender mounting brackets. The original had a space of about 1/4" between the bracket and fender bracket. The pro-one has a 1/2". If it was a 1/4", I'm sure all would be good. I saw on Pro-one's website that they have an adapter for pre 2k lowers to fit 2k +. Does anyone know what this adapter does? (can't get a response from them) Specifically, does it compensate for this problem or the mounting holes are different? If adapters don't work, does anyone know what will? It has 11 1/2" rotors and every other measurement from fender mounting holes to the axles are the same. Is it possible these lowers just don't work? Any good advice would be appreciated...:flag:

Well to answer my own question; AIH made their own calipers so if you have one and are considering swapping out your lowers then be prepared to swap the calipers to. They won't work with anything else unless you do some modifying, grinding, and or other component swapping...
