Boot Gaurd on foot pegs.

I don't know if anyone is interested but when I bought my Big Dog about a year ago my foot pegs were about worn out. So I tried some Kg's Boot Guard that I use on my work boots and it seems to hold up good its been on my pegs for almost a year with out peeling off or cracking. It also helps keep your boots from slipping off the pegs. Its allot cheaper than new pegs. Thanks Bob

Seriously...what the heck is that stuff..and does it build up that rough texture or cause a chemical reaction with the rubber that is on the peg?

I would like to add something to my pegs because my feet often feel as though they are slipping off, and the pegs are almost new.

It is used to on work boots to keep from wearing the toes out. It kind of looks like bed liner on a pick up bed put more flexible & won't crack. I put it on my pegs about a year ago & my peg were wore bad & split. It cost about 10.00$ & you can do 2 pair of boots & and a set of pegs
