Billet Polish

I know some prefer one over the other; I'm not bashing any manufacture or representing the other. I just wanted to share a little test I did last night. I recently read all the hype about Adams billet polish so I ordered the 2 bottle kit. I polished the top cover of the Front M/CYL cover with Adams and the Clutch cable cover with Mother's Billet, I used the same micro fiber soft cloth from Autozone and polished both the same amount of time. When complete the M/CYL cover had a bluish tint with the very fine swirls, almost a dull appearance compared to the clutch cover polished with Mothers. The Clutch cover was clear, no dullness whatsoever, no swirls and clearly looked better than the M/Cyl cover. I re-polished the M/Cyl cover w/Mothers and the dull blue appearance and swirls disappeared and both ended up looking like chrome. I used the word dull, it still had a very good shine but dull when compared to Mothers.....Just sharing.........

I have used both and I would still use adams over mothers. I don't know why you are getting the blue swirls. I will post some pics to show the adams polish. I swear on the stuff.

That`s why there is a choice. Some like chocolate while some prefer vanilla. Personally I use the Mothers since I`m an Amsoil user/dealer.

I just use mothers and a good buffer ,comes out looking mint.
