bike shutting down speedo and tach power off while riding

so I change the rear back tire the other day go to start the bike test ride it and the starter is not engaging. Its just spins. when it did start it sounded like it was still spinning. then while out riding the bike started to shut down on me lost power to everything. starter wouldn't re engage bump started while rolling sometimes started it. and the tach and my Dakota digital speedo keep powering off. it's probably just a coincidence with doing the back tire. any help would be very very appreciated. battery is good no loose connections that I see.

So voltage regulator or stator is what your thinking kaptain???

Haven't had any battery issues. So odd because this all started
immediately after replacing my back tire. I know they're not related but odd still.

Charging system is fine. Seems like the speedo and tach functions along with taillights blew out during high rpm riding around 5000 rpm or so. Happened with a previous ehc too. Also my stater clutch seemd to be failing. Sometimes it starts bike normal but continues to make noise I. The primary and some time it just spins likie its not engaging.

Well maybe when you starter is only spinning, you start clutch when maybe out,because I had that before with my Husky put a new staterclutch in and never had a problem again ,it,s a maybe to think about that.

thanks. I picked up a spare starter from a buddy, now i just need to figure out why the bike was cutting off.
