I haven't seen them in person but they do look pretty sweet!
And like slowrower said they look way easier to care for.

Those rims look hot!!!!!!!!!!

Not to go off topic But I see no-one here has my stock rims.
Does everyone have the same rims with the same year bike?

As a matter of fact, I have seen those wheels on person...on my bike, lol. I just bought those wheels last week and had them put on my bike. Those wheels are made by forge-tec and they are call the 3D design. They come in a 3, 5, and 7 spoke design. If you think they look good in the pics you should see them in person...oh my god!!!! They are freakin awesome and very, very heavy. Quality is perfect but pretty pricey.!!!

Hey Muggs, could you post some pics of them on your bike? Also could you tell me where you got them, and how much? Thank you, I appreciate it. You can PM me if you prefer.

Reaper, I haven't got the rear wheel on the bike yet because the hub was for a K9 and I have a pitbull. I bought these wheels at KC creations in Overland Park, KS. They do a swap or trade in on wheels there. The 3d design wheels will run you around 2300 with trade in. They have a large variety of other wheels that will run around 1800 with trade in. I also purchased new rubbers, decided to go with the metzelers for several reasons. The sets come with rotors and pulley. They use mainly forge-tec and renegade wheels. Once I get the bike put back together I will try to send you some pics. These wheels made a HUGE difference on my bike. I just spent a very LARGE ammount of money on my bike...had EVERYTHING chromed and performance work done as well. Almost have twice as much money in this thing for what I bought it for.

Hey Muggs,
Thanks for the reply. I know what you mean as far as having as much in your bike as you paid for the bike itself, I am getting close myself. I didn't know about a wheel exchange program, I will have to look into that, although it will have to be someplace other than KC Creations.

I have been looking, and they look very pricey if bought outright, but they look worth it.

I look forward to seeing some pics when you get them on your bike, if you get a chance post a few pics of your bike as it is now. We all love pics here. Thanks.:2thumbs:

I know many of you have heard bad things about KC creations and the whole Vickie thing. However, I have had nothing but top notch customer service there and a staff that is very knowledgeable. I am very impressed with the dealership and I wish Vickie was still there.

I don't think anyone was questioning anything about the dealer except how the owner treated Vickie!

By the way, some posts on Clubchopper that KC Creations has %40 off on everything now.

Later,
Ray
