Big Radius

I am looking to put the 2 into 1 Big Radius pipes on my Sled Chopper. I had a set of duals on my fat boy and loved the sound of them. Does anybody here run these 2 into 1's? Do they sound as good as the originals? I can't stand the sound of the stock supertrapp header but when I took the baffles out, it fell on it's face. The two sets of pipes look very similiar but I'm hoping the V&H perform a lot better. Also, My Sled is EFI so I need the O2 bungs installed.

i had drag pipes on my 07 k9. [sling shots] put v&h 2into1 i will never go back, ! low end & mid. are great now sound is nice and low tone, not is deep as a bagger, be get on the throtle and thay will bark,
thay say you loose top end with this pipe, was ridding with slow & larry on sat,rolled on the gas & closed the throtle at 120 mph. and it took 5 to 10 sec. to get to that speed. fron 55mph. im sold, slows got them on his 07 big dog, and loves them.:2thumbs: :zz2cents:

I heard some the other day on a BD - 117" S&S...

They sounded good, not overly obnoxious... have no idea about performance.

They should go well with your bike.

I just got an email from Vance & Hines. They do not make a pipe that will fit my bike! Nothing??!! WTF?! I can't believe the S&S motors are that different. If it was just a bracket, I would make the freaking thing myself! :bang:

What motor did you get in your Sled? I would imagine they were stating they don't have a model that has a fitted bracket so I would think you can get them and make your own!

It's an S & S 100. I can't imagine they won't fit the engine. My only reserve would be the K9 rear master cylinder is in a much different position than my sled. The down sweep of the front pipe may hit. I don't know? A bracket is simple!!!!
