big dog parts

anybody find that it seems to take longer than it should for bigdog to ship parts to your dealer or service center.iv had very few problems,but the 2 times i needed parts it took weeks for them to ship to the sevice center

now i need a voltage regulator almost dont want to take it to service center and have it sitting there for weeks waiting for vr. tried to find one at local bike shops over weekend but no luck all they had were 32 amp vr.hate to be with out bike for another weekend

I hear ya bob, it took way too long to get parts for some warranty work for me a couple of times. some of that was the dealer dragging their ass.

any where from overnight (warranty parts), to 7 months (woman's jacket).

Unless it's something back ordered, we get parts the next day. We are located close to Big Dog. The apparel however doesn't come from Big Dog in KS, so it takes longer. Maybe your dealer isn't ordering things promptly.
