Big Dog footpegs vs passenger footpegs

I'm looking for a spare set of stock driver footpegs for my 2009 K9 and I want to make sure I buy the right thing.

I see ads on eBay for 2006 and up footpegs, and also for "passenger" footpegs. They look to be the same pegs, and some sellers even have them listed with the same part number (163-000029-01). Are they the same or do some people have them listed incorrectly?

They are the same, except some are polished and some are chrome.
