Belt Drive Owners

Well if any of you guys have the old left side drive compensator setup you probally know about the nut on the crank always backing off. Well I have switched over to a belt drive and many of you guys have also even the right side drive guys. Well I still hear storys about the crank nut backing off every now and then even with a belt drive. What never made sense to me is why they use a lockplate on the trans output shaft but not the cranknut. Some of you guys know this guy and he has came up with a lockplate so far for primo and bdl owners. The cost is $65 for these units however he will design and make one specific for your belt drive for an additional $25. Once the design is complete the cost drops back to $65. I have replaced 2 charging systems with the old compesator setup but even with the belt drive I still worry about it you can contact him through a pm at club chopper his name is kirkscustoms. Here is mine I got today.
