there are several companys that will, but I would'nt give them a dime!! thats just me!! you will ALLWAYS have somtheing thats going to break the two major are the trans and motor, but the trans can be re-built fairly cheap so its really just your motor and they are the best damm motors in the biz, in my opinion..... save your $$$$$$$ and fix it when it breaks
My brother owns an automotive shop. He won't do work for most aftermarket warranty companies. They never want to pay the correct amount. Many times he even got screwed on parts. He was told they found the parts cheaper and would not pay the amount he wanted. The amount he wanted was cost with no mark up. The price they came up with was used parts 3 states away.
I would reasearch the hell out of these companies before I gave them one dime.

I deal with Pinnacle and Preferred Warranty on a regular basis. They are very fair--just remember to ask for seals & gasket coverage as well because they do have different contracts and seals and gasket coverage is a MUST. Preferred is 1-800-334-4841--if i were getting an extended warranty, that is most likely who I would go with. Working in service, I have personally witnessed thousands of dollars being saved because the customer had an extended warranty...

when I bought my bike the deal included the balanceof a five year extended warranty, the company refused to transfer the warranty to me because the previous owner did not perform the 5k service before or right at 5000 miles. they will always look for a reason not to cover warranty work.
