Just a note to say that last week I erroneously concluded my DEKA battery had gone bad. I bought it online form eBay less than a year ago and was irritated, so I contacted the vendor (Atlantic Battery ion Paterson, NJ). They said to get it load tested and if it was defective, they would credit my account.
Load testing indicated I didn’t do all of the correct diagnostics and the battery was fine. Replaced my VR today and all is well.
My message here today is to support a vendor who communicated immediately and showed every intention of standing behind a quality product.
