What is the manual name for the throw out bearing or which number is it . Manual doesnt list "throwout bearing". Would it be on the left side of bike or right sitting on bike?

It's the bearing the rod pushed directly into, it has a c clip on it and it's located on the pressure plate. Also did u update the pressure plate when doing ur clutch plates?

No I didn't ,so I need the clutch diaphragm spring and throwout bearing assembly?

Idk, but it's recommended to change that pressure plate with the updated steel pressure plate, getting rid of that aluminum one and of coarse do ur throw out bearing with it. If that pressure plate it wore clean out, u will loose ur clutch.

The new pressure plates are anodized aluminum from baker. Make sure you get the stock diapragm spring as the heavey duty ones are to stout for the 9 plate clutch assembly ball and ramp! What do you mean by you keep blowing the ball and ramp. Also get a bottle of bike aid from your local bycicle shop and lube the clutch cable when you change your oils When you get your primary cover off and take the 4 bolts out to remove your diaphragm spring and pressure plate, check for any end play on the transmission shaft and make sure you lube the ball and ramp rod with some good high temp bearing grease when you put it back together!!!

When you have the ball and ramp together and the cable adjustment on the down tube loose, I usually have the clutch lever back to the hand grip to take the slack out of the cable, I then adjust the clutch push rod first, turn the adjustment screw in a few times to get a good feel for when it touches the throw out bearing, touch it one last time, back it off 1/8-1/4 turn and lock it down. Now adjust the cable on the down tube adjustment and watch the clutch lever move out until you have a gap about as thick as a dime. If you still get creep when its running, start the procedure again but this time back it off 1/16 turn.

If that don't work you might have forgotten a disc or plate and don't have the proper clutch stack up.
