If you want to get your crank lightened and balanced I would go with FALICON. They have been in the business for many years and are very well known with drag racers.

Yes, in fact they didn't make one to fit the dogs, but I sent them my 05 front primary sprocket (05 & 06 has 1/2" offset) and they made one to fit. The 07-08 uses a zero offset so one of their existing straight-sprocket models works. I also have the bandit clutch set-up and sent them a pressure plate that I had Bandit drill and tap holes on the front of the pressure plate to accept a balancer. I sent this to Balance Masters and they fabricated a balancer to bolt onto the pressure plate for the modified bandit. I have had them in place for about 3000 miles and they work great. I believe the 2009 models use a compensating sprocket assembly which would be similar to the HD type. Balance Masters already make one to fit the HD type, don't know if it will fit on the BD. They also have a service if you ever split you cases and remove the fly wheels, you send them one and they machine a groove and fit one of their larger balance rings into the flywheel instead of the smaller bolt-on type.

My dog is a 03 so I'm hoping that the Harley type will work? I don't know what BDM used for the drive or clutch in 2003.

They used a Softail style Primary that is kind of a half bread, uses some older style seals and some newer year as well. The jackshaft seal they use is the same as an FL. THey use a Premo Rivera high performance clutch, front compensating sprocket the same as H-D.
