My Chopper has been dying on me at least 1-3x every ride(based on length of ride)since I bought the bike in August 2011.It always died while riding and never didn't start right away, until recently.6 weeks ago it failed to start after I exited my Dr's office to go home,or a bar, whichever came first.I had no clue the problem until I was moving the plug wires while watching the EHC lights.Every time I jiggled the plug wires the lights would flicker.Off came the coil cover and BAM! I found the problem that had plagued me for over a year.It was the jumper wire that was installed as a recall notice for the key ignition.A short,2 orange wire POS!All the people telling me it was the EHC and to replace it...people,don't be so hasty to throw out the EHC,Just sayin'!
