I took it in yest. per Wayne and had it downloaded. He said that was part of the process. I guess just sit back and wait now?

Your covered under the lemon law in Oklahoma, dont ask how I know but with what you have described your right in line with it. I would contact a lawyer and let them do the talking, I love the bikes as well but when you buy anything new and it breaks down ALL the time theirs something wrong that needs to be addresed and they should be liable for your lawyer costs as well per state law.
