Aren't these TP rocker boxes?

Hey guys/gals,
I've been looking for a good deal on some used S&S rocker boxes/roller rockers and found these on Ebay. But aren't these TP's? The description even states they came off a 117 cu in, but states it's a harley S&S part. Can that be? Here's the link:

That's what I was thinking. I have seen S&S rocker boxes with 4 bolts, but not for a 117. I think it may have been for a panhead or something. No hole in the center for compression releases either. Thanks CD
