Have any of you received the apology letter from BD PP ebay page? I got one today about a screw up I got stuck with back in April/May.

I guess an 83% positive feedback is killing the online business.
I guess they want to try to make it right. If they do good by me I'll let you guys know.

This is the letter I got...


Dear Sir,
I wanted to contact you to see if there is anything I can do to make whatever went wrong with your purchase back in May, right. The person we had doing eBay for us at the time was in the process of leaving the company and I think he just dropped the ball. If you can give me any details about the transaction, I would like to see if there is anything I can do. We are very proud of what we're doing at BDM Performance Products and I hate to see any blemish on our record.

Please give me whatever information you can including what item you received, if you returned it, if you still have it, etc. I'm very sorry this has happened and will do my best to make it right.

an actual hard copy? be careful never provide personal information to anyone you are not 150% is legit and trust. I would think in this case all they would need is a valid confirmation/receipt# this would give them all of your purchase details??

my comments may be overly cautious but just sayin'

I received another email, from Mike mentioning this thread. I will be contacting them. I'm sure all will be taken care of.
