Anything to spray/wait/rinse off rust in lieu of scrubbing?

I'm getting rust in the heads of the allen bolts, among other hard to reach crevices.
Rather than finding something small to try and polish off the rust (that only ends up spreading the polish out of the intended area), is there any type of rust remover that's: spray-on, wait, rinse, and done?

I've used it. Put it on, let it sit, wipe it out?

Once you get them clean, a bit of clearcoat will keep them looking pretty.

After you get rid of the rust go here https://www.boltdepot.com/Chrome_bolt_covers_and_Hole_plugs.aspx and add a small dab of clear caulk before the install.
