I have a small leak on the trans to clutch area seal that I can not seem to stop. I have tried another seal and still have the same leak. Now that said its not a bad leak.... but I dont want any leak! Looking for ideas....BTW the shaft the clutch attaches to has no play:) that was my first thought.

hummm...i had to replace the seals on both sides of my tranny after karata install due to small leaks. that stopped my leaks...and so far no new ones...seals are cheap enough try it again and be extra carefull not to nick the lips on the seals...just my 02.

Outer bearing support?

Might try and verify you have shims under the trans and that the engine and trans line up correctly.

Are you sure it's not trapped oil in your starter vallies. I thought mine had developed a leak and noticed when I pulled it all apart my starter had trapped oil in the vallies. I cleaned it out really good and haven't seen oil since. I checked all my alignment on the pullies also and it checked good but, I kept seeing oil flowing back on my frame and it looked to be coming from between the inner plate and trans. It was my starter causing it to look like I had a trans leak...Just saying
