JASPER, MINN – July 11, 2007 – Good things come in threes. RMD Billet’s new Big Dog™ three-inch open belt drive and their three-piece wheels are exactly what it takes to change a stock Big Dog™ motorcycle into a unique world-class custom bike.

RMD Billet is excited to reveal their sleek Big Dog™ three-inch open belt drive. Replace that old, plain, enclosed primary drive with this billet machined, right-side inner primary drive. It is fully radiused and machined with a unique geometry for a super clean, smooth look! The three-inch open belt drive also features a Bandit clutch, hidden jackshaft and ring gear system. Now available for the 2005 and newer Big Dog™ models, this belt drive also fits the pre-2005 Big Dog™ models. The ready-for-install system includes billet pulley covers, center plate and an inner primary spacer as well as a full pulley/clutch. Machined from aircraft-strength billet 6061 aluminum, this belt drive will be with you for the long haul. Available in polished or chrome finish. Custom engraving on pulley covers is available too.

RMD Billet has other aftermarket parts available for Big Dog™ motorcycles as well. Their exclusive three-piece wheels fit Big Dog™ motorcycles, and with several wheel designs and sizes available, the custom look can easily become a reality. Hubs are machined from 6061 billet aluminum and the wheels come assembled with sealed bearings and bearing spacers installed. Mixing and matching components is possible with only a few slight modifications to the stock pulley and rotors. Available in polished, polished center/powder coat, or chrome centers/powder coat finishes, these three-piece wheels are perfect for any one-of-a-kind bike. Custom one-off wheel designs are also available per request and can make any design dream come to life.

Why follow the pack of Big Dogs when you can lead them with a RMD Billet three-inch belt drive and a set of RMD Billet three-piece wheels?

A lot of guys have had great experiences with Karata and Jim is an active member on the site.

We can get RMD products through a distributor we work with and would be glad to check into anything you may be interested in.

But with all of the members on the site who are running the Karata and I havent heard a single complaint, I would recommend starting there and then moving on to other products if you so desire. Might save you some time. Just my 2 cents.

oops sorry for not keeping up with my thread, I appreciate the input guys. I wasn't seriously thinking about an open primary yet for myself, just throwing that out there for people that might be.
