I pride myself on good customer service in my business. Hell, I'm still on the computer and will be here until 12 midnight helping clients. Curtis is the same. the man is very honest and really cares about his customers which is unheard of these days. Every dealing I've had with him is 100% up and up and is a real pleasure to do business with. Too bad there aren't more like him...

As hard as I try though there inevitably are a few that would disagree.
My problem is being pretty much a one man show.
If I have health problems, seems to be more and more these days, then the service can go to shit on me.

Keep the faith my friend. You are a lot younger than me. I'm on the computer from 11am till 12 midnight so what's a couple more hours work to help you? I do post in other forums about you and your great service so I hope it helps. The gettin old thing is a bitch... I just signed up a BIG medical company with 1900 branches for my employment testing system... I'm in deep doo doo now. I may even have to hire a big breasted, young blonde to help me!! Think on that for a minute my friend....I'd volunteer some time if you didn't live on the wrong coast. Sorry Curtis, couldn't help it but thanks for your help, advice and great parts.

I guess that is only fair. Then this is all the time I am wasting on it.
He had struts advertised for a 04 RT chopper...$350 I had my girlfriend purchase them for me for x-mas.
He then cancels her order and refunds her and says it has to be ordered as a kit now and it will be $799.
He was advertising sissy bars for $350...350+350 has always been $700 in my book. Where did $799 come from?
Now today they are $850. No thanks. I'll just pass.

I keep my prices as low as I can get them which in the end barely nets me a living.
I buy from vendors, they change their rules and prices and don't tell me and I'm stuck.
I'm not going to lose $150 over that. Maybe if it was a large order and there was room for it but this was not the case.
If I had a large business and was making substantial income then I might.
My flexibility evolves with the size and profitability of the business.
What really cracks me up is the BD stuff is really rare in some cases if you can find it at all in other cases and some of you act like we should be groveling at your feet for you to buy it from us. Thanks but no thanks.
I do this for the love of the bikes and thats all.
I love the BD family and will do what I can when I can but I won't put myself out on the street for it.

Nope. Sold the chopper and bought another K9 that already had struts and sissy bar. Had a K9 before the chopper and liked it better.

I recently placed an order with WSW. After receiving my parts, I figured out MY plan was absolute shit. Curtis called me the next morning after I sent him an email. Seemed pretty early in CA if I remember. He helped me get a better plan, accepted my return, and has the parts for my (er, his?) better plan coming to me.
Taking the time to call me was above and beyond considering I don't know the guy and just placed an order through his online store. The "accepting returns" part also impressed me, especially with these bikes. Not his fault I didn't think things through before placing my order. But he helped me get right.
