i see your listed bike is a hd rocker is that the bike the cam is going in. it wouldn't much different than stock for a big dog. tiny more lift and duration. but most the big dogs are 117 inch motors, they can handle a lot more air

Oh no,

the Rocker is my current bike - I've got a BD Pitbull on order in US :flag: . Have to wait till it arrives here in Germany. But then bike saison is over here......

The cam is for the Pitbull !

The andrew ev-72 is what comes in the rev tech 110 stock and I can tell you the rev tech 110 ran better than my big dog 117 does in stock form. It seems a little small for the 117 tho. S&S .585 is a perfect choice for the stock motor.

I agree the .585 cam worked out great for my bike
I just don't know about the non roller rockers on mine
I got to step up and buy a set of roller rockers
Last money spent was on a bike lift
Now my explorer needs struts ,more money and busted knuckles
That's life

The 585 is a pure bolt in cam that will really add low-mid range torque at a very moderate expense. Alot of info on this site. Look it up, you may decide this is the cam for you.

Hmmmmmmmm,

the S&S 585 has more lift but less duration than the Andrews.

What does this mean for performance ???

I already read good things about the 585 in the forum - but I'm a curious guy :D .

You should have the 546 cam in your stock bike. Less duration will help to build more cylinder pressure in the low to mid RPM range. Woods also makes a couple of good 590 cams.
