Shout out to acknowledge and recognize AMY at Strokers of Dallas. She is the most professional, courteous, helpful "parts" person I have ever dealt with in the motorcycle world. The BD dealer I used to patronize was like going to WAR everytime I went in there. They acted like they were doing you a favor just by talking to you. She has helped me out a number of times and just thought she needed some recognition. Give her a call and she will fix you right up.

I will second that! Amy is awesome! This summer I needed to buy a new tag assembly ( I don't wanna talk about why) and I gave her a call, unfortunately she couldn't locate one but she even tried calling other vendors for me and even called back a few days later to check up on my search.

Amy goes the extra mile every time and deserves our business!

I was made aware of this thread by Rick Fairless. I received an email over the weekend that he had sent to the whole company telling me that I am a keeper...he gets google alerts and saw this thread! I can't tell you how much I appreciate all of the positive feedback that you guys give me. It reinforces the reason that I stay in this male driven business. There are certain days that I feel like I am going to drown in testosterone and condescension from some guys who think that just because I'm female that I must not know what I'm talking about. I love this job and I do my best to learn as much as I can so that I can help out the average joe that just wants to get some parts for his bike or get rightly compensated by his insurance company for damages- or even to have their warranty companies pay for repairs. I work hard for my customers- new and old- and while I don't know everything and my technical knowledge kind of stinks, I keep learning everyday. And it's guys like you that make me want to stay in the industry and learn as much as I can!! Thank you so much for taking the time to give me kudos. I didn't mean to write a book, but all of your kind words really do mean a lot to me...

*big ole wet smooches to everyone!!*
