After reading Jakes thread on his new Bandit clutch I bought some of the Amsoil Extreme primary / clutch fluid mentioned in his thread and put it in my primary with the stock clutch. The thing definitely feels smoother to me and thats what I will be using from now on in my bikes. Just thought this might be useful info. to some of you if you want to try it.

well I also adjusted the clutch a couple of days before- unfortunately I think I adjusted it too far as it started slipping quite badly yesterday out on a ride and I only just managed to get it home - I'm hoping I haven't destroyed anything but I have a new clutch pushrod on the way so no point messing with it before I put that in. I couldn't smell anything so I may have got away with it. I'm thinking a new clutch might be on order though in the not too distant future. I do think though that the oil made shifting / finding neutral easier

I rode the last half way around Lake Okeechobee last year with my clutch slipping after Central Florida Choppers did my 5000mi service and warranty/recall work. Re-adjusted it my self and it is still holding but I think it is about gone!!
