What's that saying "If you can't run with the Big Dogs, close the doors and Liquify." Sorry to see them go, they made a nice bike, but second place is just the first loser.

Just because they are reorganizing doesn't mean they wont liquidate some of the assets. In many business reorganizations, its common for the bankruptcy court to sell of some assets to free up funds to satisfy some creditors and keep the business in operation. I am sure you can get some good deals though.

If you buy anything from them make sure that you assemble it. I would not trust anything they assemble.
Sorry to see they are having problems. Once they liquidate they can start with their new line of bikes. Which look alot like a K9 now. Finally they are getting rid of that 10 ft tank.
