Air Ride Leak

I thought I had found some information before, but now I can't seem to find it. But, my '05 Bulldog has an annoying air leak in the rear suspension. I am constantly having to air it up. I can really only get a few miles out of it before it runs low. It never goes completely empty, so it doesn't become completely unmanageable, but it does make the ride really rough and causes me to basically take corners almost completely straight up. It's even worse with a passenger.

Can someone point me to the parts, the fix, etc?

Squirt soapy water all over the system. maybe a loose fitting? maybe a dirty check valve or solenoid? I don't know any thing about bike air rides, but have installed air ride on semi trailers. Should be similar I would think. Good luck with it!

You should just get rid of it. I'll send you my fixed shock and you swap me for that pesky leaking one
Ha! :) I'm hoping it's a simple fix. Though at this point, even if it was a complete replacement I would do it. Just trying to get an idea of costs.

the "push on" tubing connectors for plastic tubes are notorious for leaks, replace them with a "ferrule" type (plastic or brass). the push on type are a "one use only" anyway because if you can get the tubing out of the fitting it will be scarred up and have to be cut back to where the tube is smooth and unmarked. for the new connectors, make sure you get the kind with the insert that goes inside the tube or the tube will keep coming back out of the ferrule.

Good morning,
I am trying to have my air shock rebuilt. Do you know where to have it rebuilt?
