Whatever you decide to buy on their site they will ship it for $5.00. Buy a front end...just $5.00 to ship....buy a set of rims just $5.00 to ship. Not bad for those heavy items. Wish they could drop their prices some though.

The problem is they don't have no parts or it is backordered every time I need something .

LOL Yup hell if I could get a bunch of people to pay me for shit I dont have but will sometime within the next year I would ship it for 5 bucks too!

Easy to make offers like that when you have nothing to ship!!! :bang:

They have just raised their prices to counter the $5 shipping. Eg. a manual last week cost $119, this week $127. I was told this by a guy in BDMP parts over the phone.

Another anoying this that happened. I was in a Big Dog dealer a cpl weeks ago asking about a manual. He told me they sold the last one yesterday $119. He told me the new ones they will be getting will cost me $156 (ish).
They knew I wanted one. I know they have to make a buck but come on.

I bought a set of V&H 2-1 pipes from BDM a few months ago, great price and excellent service, i am a satisfied customer.

I have a suggestion for you guys that are not happy with BDM, why not go buy a Harley, they thousands of parts, and I'm sure that they don't make any money off of them.

Or better yet, why don't you put a miilion or two, I would bet Sheldon would sell you stock in BDM for that kind of money and there would be parts for everyone and you guys would get rich quick

Cheers for the link. I actually read (hadnt noticed he sent it for a week) an email from Broadband with links to the Manual the day after I ordered the paper manual. Good thing is now I can keep the book in the garage by the bike, also to keep notes. And inside use the laptop for research.
