3/4 inner wheel spacer

Can anyone help me on this. I am looking for a inner wheel spacer in 3/4" That is 7 5/8 in length:2thumbs:

this is a critical part

check the OD of the pipe also. its an odd size pipe that most local shops wont have. the OD has to be wide enough to sit against the flat part of the inner race. also re-check the length with a venier caliper. needs to be exact and cut square on a lathe.

i have some 1" stock for the rear wheel, no 3/4"

The wheels are from a 05 Mastiff, try to fit them on a project bike, but the swing arm will not take the 1" axle
